Title of any goods remain the property of O/D Spares, until full payment is received. All parts for exchange must be returned in a clean and serviceable condition.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Any claims made under warranty must be accompanied by the original invoice as proof of purchase. The warranty covers parts only and does not extend to cover garage labour costs, breakdown recover, car hire or any other consequential costs. The warranty commences from the date of invoice, not installation, and is limited to the cost of the original components. O/D Spares does not accept liability under the warranty scheme for any failure caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, failure of related components or competition use.

SURCHARGES
A surcharge is charged on goods supplied on an exchange basis. On receipt of a serviceable exchange (i.e a unit which can be reconditioned at the standard reconditioning price), the full surcharge will be refunded. All, or part of the surcharge will be retained by O/D Spares if a non-serviceable exchange unit is received. All of the surcharge will be retained in the event that the exchange unit is not received.
